AR is not the best weapon, only fools think it is right now.

I'll give you a hint, it starts with S. Assault Scrambler Rifle has always been like that, its just never been as popular, so it doesn't get as much attention. I hate going up against AR users just because of how long they can hold the trigger for, my stamina usually runs out before they empty their magazine.

Let's see.
My SCR does 102 damage per shot.
I can fire it 24 times before overheating. (Or 15 charged shots, that's right, 15)
I only need 9 shots for the tankiest medium frames.
And about 20 for the tankiest heavies.
And then it cools down quickly thanks to the skill.
Yup, totally a skill weapon.

It fires 12.5 bullets a second.

Wait... 15 charged shots...? Anyway, there's plenty of people whoe simply suck with single shots weapon and i believe you must be skilled into Amarr Assault in order to be that powerful with the Scrambler (which is some kind of downside). Again, I think that the Scrambler Rifle is the best weapon in the game, but not a skilless one. Now, with a 78m optimal range I'm having nightmares about those charged shots...
I dunno, I think the skill input --> Bacon output is kind of skewed.
It takes more skill than an AR yes, but 930 DPS without any damage mods or proficiency?
That's crazy....

You don't hit the trigger 12 times a second.
True, but I can get near it and apply a buttload of DPS anyway.
